We recognise the high cost of sending our products to England.  We have been in touch with UPS and they have agreed to lower their postal charges to all our customers in England by 33%.  Postage will now cost around 20 Euro.  This is the amount UPS charges LEDASS92. This lower price from UPS is now cheaper than sending products by the German post office.  Also, we have had feedback on high bank charges when paying by EU Standard bank transfer.  Paying by Paypal is free, their are no extra charges.

Orders outside of the European Commission (EU)

Orders of 500 Euros and above receive free postage.  If your order is is under 500 Euros, we will add the amount charged by UPS to your invoice.   We accept only payments in EURO, that correspond to the sum on the invoice.  Any charges or fees that result when converting currency must be refunded.  Delivery time will vary depending on where your order is being shipped to.

Returns

Your return right  - any unused items that needs to be returned, must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date.  Returns will only be accepted if sufficient payment has been made for postage.  The return right is not valid for special sale priced items.  The return right is only applicable to the regular normal priced items.  If you intend to return an item, please notify us by email (ledass92@nexgo.de).  A refund will be made within 30 days of your notification to cancel, provided the goods have been received by us.  Overseas customer must mark the customs declaration ‘returned goods – unsuitable’.  Failure to do this may result in the package attracting a customs charge, which will not be refunded by LEDASS’92.  In the unlikely event that the item we supplied was faulty, we will pay postage.  Belts, Dog Collars and other items that require specific measurements or special applications that are returned due to the wrong size or information given by the customer will be at the cost of the customer - reimbursement for these items will not be given.
